MangoSpace Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy covers the information MangoSpace keeps that could describe your health, under Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws. The Privacy Policy covers everything else.

What We Collect and Why

• Mood (opt-in): each mood you save, Good, OK or Not Good, and when you saved it. We use it only inside the app, to show you your days in the Mood applet and to set the scene on your dashboard. We collect it only after you agree in the app.
• Sleep log (opt-in): when you went to sleep and woke up on each night you log, and the thumbs up or down you give a night if you rate it. We use it only inside the app, to show you your nights in the Sleep applet. Logging your first night is your agreement to this, which we record, and we collect nothing before it.
• Safety notice records: when a message you send shows signs of a crisis, the app shows you a notice with support resources. We record that it was shown, its category, when, and that you acknowledged it, with a count per category. We use them as a record of what you were shown and when.

Where It Comes From

All of it comes from you: what you log in the app, and, for the safety notices, the messages you send.

Who Receives It

• Your mood, your sleep log and your safety notice records are shared with no one.
• Amazon Web Services hosts our servers and stores all of it for us. It processes them only on our instructions.

We do not sell any of it, and we have no affiliates.

Your Rights

• See it: the Mood and Sleep applets show what you logged, and Download my data in Settings, under Privacy and AI, gives you a copy of all of it.
• Withdraw your consent and delete your mood: in Settings, under Privacy and AI, Delete my mood history deletes every mood you logged and stops mood tracking.
• Withdraw your consent and delete your sleep log: in Settings, under Privacy and AI, Delete my sleep history deletes every night you logged and stops sleep tracking.
• Delete your safety notice records, or ask anything else about this data, including which third parties received it: email privacy@mangospace.ai from your account's email address. Deleting your account deletes all of it.
• We answer within 45 days, free of charge. Deleted data leaves our 35-day database recovery window as it ages out.
• Appeal: if we decline a request, reply to our answer to appeal. We answer the appeal in writing within 45 days. If we deny it, you can complain to the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov.
